If you are planning to stay in Florence during the week-end we strongly advise you make your reservations as soon as possible.
The 24th June is the holiday of San Giovanni Battista the “patron” of Florence and possibly the city’s busiest week-ends of the year (big celebration, fireworks, etc…).
Coupled to this, the whole week (beginning 18th June) will also be Pitti Uomo fashion week, one of the most important events in Florence – our wedding day falls in the middle of these events and the city gets very busy and booked up. Although this may prove a pain for some things (i.e. accommodation) it could also prove to be a fun time to visit….
